Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions must be accepted before you can proceed with your registration for paid or free subscription services.
In these conditions the term, Customer means the party with whom The Weekend City Press Review may have a contractual relationship for the provision of Services, the term User means the party named when registering to use the Services of The Weekend City Press Review and the term Services, means those services and/or information offered by The Weekend City Press Review www.weekendcitypressreview.co.uk from time to time whether accessed free from this site or for which the Customer has agreed to subscribe.
1. The Customer's Responsibilities
1.1 The User acknowledges and agrees that the data provided to the User via www.weekendcitypressreview.co.uk will only be used for the User's own personal use and in connection with the business of the Customer and will not be used in the compilation of or merged with any directories or databases in any form or medium or copied or published in any form or medium for the purposes of sale, lease or rental.
1.2 The User acknowledges that any password issued to the User to enable access to the Services is for the use of the User only and is not transferable and the User agrees not to permit its use by or disclosure to any third party.
2. Copyright
Copyright in all information published by The Weekend City Press Review via www.weekendcitypressreview.co.uk and in any database of such information compiled for the purpose of providing the Services is the property of The Weekend City Press Review and may not be published, copied, sold, licensed or reproduced in any form or medium, save with the prior written consent of The Weekend City Press Review.
3. Limitation of Liability
3.1 The Weekend City Press Review endeavours to provide a fair representation of the news and views summarised but does not make any representation or give any warranty expressed or implied as to the accuracy or completeness of the service or its fitness for any particular purpose and any such warranty is hereby excluded.
3.2 The Weekend City Press Review shall not be liable to the User on any account nor for any loss (including any indirect or consequential loss) damage, cost or expense suffered or incurred by the User arising from the supply or use of the Services (including liability for any delay or non-availability of the Services or any defects inaccuracies or errors therein).
4. Force Majeure
4.1 The Weekend City Press Review shall be entitled to suspend provision of the service in whole or in part in the event of circumstances arising beyond the control of The Weekend City Press Review.
4.2 The Weekend City Press Review shall not be liable for any failure delay or omission arising out of any cause beyond its reasonable control including (but not limited to) Acts of God, acts or regulations of government or other authorities, fire, war, strikes or other industrial disputes, power failure, failure of telecommunications lines, connection or equipment or failure or defects in hardware or software.
5. General
5.1 These Terms and Conditions shall form the entire agreement between the User and The Weekend City Press Review regarding the Services though for the avoidance of doubt shall not supersede or otherwise affect the continuation in force in accordance with its terms of any agreement between the Customer and The Weekend City Press Review Ltd. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and any agreements between the Customer and The Weekend City Press Review, the latter shall prevail. No variation shall be binding unless it is in writing signed by or on behalf of the parties.
5.2 The invalidity or unenforceability of any term or any right arising hereunder shall in no way affect the enforceability of the remaining rights or terms.
5.3 The User shall not be entitled to assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any other person.
5.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law and shall remain enforceable notwithstanding termination of this agreement.
6. Cancellation
6.1 The Weekend City Press Review requires one month's written notice to cancel The Users' subscription ahead of the due renewal date.
6.2 Subscription will automatically renew annually on the due date for current Terms unless one month's written notice is given by The Weekend City Press Review to renegotiate Terms.
